The staff were excellent in every way - friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect, close to the main shopping center and within walking distance of everything. The hotel facilities were great, including a delicious a la carte restaurant and espresso cafe downstairs. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a great bed and reading light.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room was modern, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The location was also fantastic, with everything within walking distance. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a limited room view and an average breakfast buffet, the overall experience was really good. The perfect service, comfortable room, and convenient location make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Melbourne. I highly recommend the Melbourne Marriott for an enjoyable stay.

Located right in the center of the city, this hotel is in a fantastic location to walk to everything. It's just a short distance away from Her Majesty's Theatre or the Comedy Theatre, perfect for theater lovers. The rooms are big, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of storage space for suitcases. The bed is big and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist guests. The lobby staff are particularly welcoming and accommodating, providing the best service you could ask for.
The check-in process can be a bit slow, taking up to 25 minutes for just three staff members to check you in, which can be frustrating when you've already prepaid online.

We were delighted with the exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Sun loungers and a sun terrace were perfect for relaxation. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, and we enjoyed the outdoor dining area.
One day, the housekeeping staff missed cleaning our room, but the problem was promptly resolved, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Champagne and platter for anniversary. Friendly staff, great conversations. Lovely, spacious, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Wish we could stay longer. One of the best hotels. Prompt TV fix, extra pillows provided quickly. Will return.
